Shipping & Returns

Everything you need to know about shipping, delivery, and returns.

Shipping Information

We ship throughout South Africa and select international destinations. All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse in Johannesburg.

Shipping Methods & Rates

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days - R50 (Free for orders over R100)
  • Express Shipping: 2-3 business days - R100
  • Overnight Shipping: Next business day - R150 (Available in major cities only)

Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders over R100 within South Africa. This offer applies automatically at checkout.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays). Processing time begins once payment is confirmed.

During peak seasons or sales, processing may take up to 3-5 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped with tracking information.

Delivery Areas

We currently ship to the following areas:

  • South Africa: All major cities and towns
  • International: Selected countries (contact us for availability)

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the shipping cost.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor your package's progress. If you have any questions about your shipment, please contact us at shipping@glowbyanelisa.co.za

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery date). We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include:

  • Replacing the damaged items
  • Issuing a full refund
  • Filing a claim with the shipping carrier

Please keep all packaging materials and damaged items, as we may need them for the claims process.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition
  • Items must be in their original packaging with tags attached
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
  • Personalized or customized items cannot be returned
  • Sale items may have different return policies (see product page for details)

How to Return

  1. Contact us at returns@glowbyanelisa.co.za or through your account to initiate a return
  2. We'll provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions
  3. Package the item securely in its original packaging
  4. Ship the item back to us using the provided return label
  5. Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund or exchange

Refunds

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error. If you're returning an item due to our error, we'll cover the return shipping costs.

Original Shipping: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges for different sizes or colors, subject to availability. To exchange an item:

  1. Follow the return process outlined above
  2. Specify in your return request that you'd like an exchange
  3. Indicate the size or color you'd like to exchange for
  4. We'll process the exchange once we receive your return

If the item you want to exchange for is out of stock, we'll issue a refund instead.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalized or customized products
  • Items that have been used, worn, or damaged by the customer
  • Items without original packaging or tags
  • Gift cards
  • Items purchased on final sale (clearly marked on product page)
